PLAY SUPERVISOR

Must be certified in Dogs 101, this training is performed in house if needed. Play Supervisors are responsible for letting the dogs outside, and retaining safe environments for every pup in or out of group play. Play supervisors will also evaluate new dogs with our hotel manager to determine their eligibility for group play.

Pet Butlers are responsible for feeding and medication services. Pet butlers are responsible for cleaning suites, performing daily housekeeping, dishes and laundry. Pet butlers are also responsible for bringing pups and their belongings to and from their suites during check-in or check-out. PM Pet Butlers are responsible for after-hours check-in or check-outs, and answering the after hours phone and communicating with clients. 

AM/PM PET BUTLER

The Concierge is responsible for booking appointments and reservations, answering the phones and giving the client the best experience possible. Concierge’s must be friendly, outgoing and able to multitask as they interact with pup parents and other staff. They are responsible for communicating accurate information to clients regarding our services, as well as conducting client tours of the facility. They are responsible for making sure communication between clients and other members of our staff is relayed in an efficient manner. 

CONCIERGE

Groomers must have prior grooming experience. Groomers are responsible for following specific directions from clients and accurately translating that into their pup’s haircuts. They are responsible for each dog they encounter. It is their job to ensure the best experience possible for the dogs as well as their owners. 

GROOMER

Bathers are responsible for bathing the pups, letting them out for potty breaks, and water breaks. They are responsible for ensuring the pup has the best experience possible and making sure the pup feels safe and comfortable. This involves giving them plenty of love and treats. 

BATHER

OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT

Overnight staff are responsible for late night potty time, cleaning exit suites, laundry, dishes, and other various cleaning duties. The overnight staff is there to ensure the pups are getting everything they need in order to feel at home, including cuddle sessions and treats to those without diet restrictions.
