What preventative measures does Canine Country Club take?

What preventative measures does Canine Country Club take?

We have sanitation procedures and equipment to help prevent the spread of Canine cough, however, these measures do not exempt the risk or spread of Canine Cough. In our facility we use a commercial-strength UV system that kills 99.9% of germs floating in the air. We conduct daily deep-cleaning of all accommodations, daily sanitizing of yards, play equipment, toys, fences, and bowls. We require up to date vaccinations, and will not allow dogs to stay at the facility without documentation.

Does Canine Country Club pay for treatment of Canine Cough?

Does Canine Country Club pay for treatment of Canine Cough?

No. Just as you wouldn’t expect your child’s school to pay for their contraction of a virus or cold from being exposed to a large group of people, we do not pay for your dog’s treatment. It is a risk when a large group of dogs gather in one place- much like children or adults congregating and contracting a cold or the flu.

What happens if my dog experiences symptoms of Canine cough while in CCC’s care?

What happens if my dog experiences symptoms of Canine cough while in CCC’s care?

It’s important to note that only a veterinarian can diagnose Canine Cough. However, if a dog is experiencing symptoms we will contact the owner for early pickup, and in the meantime will quarantine the pup in order to keep the virus isolated and protect the other pups in our care.
